Hooray wins 4 awards at national Health & Protection Awards 2022!
The Hooray team rolled out in their sharpest get-ups to attend the national Health & Protection Awards 2022 last week. And what a night it turned out to be!
We joined over 700 advisers, insurers, and other representatives at the London Hilton on the 12th of October to celebrate the very best the industry has to offer.
Hosted by comedian and former Strictly Come Dancing contestant Chris Ramsey, it really was a glitzy affair and, to top it all off, we came away with FOUR awards!

We were delighted just to be nominated, but to actually win four awards was something else.
We won the following:

Highly Commended: Best Protection Adviser
We’re particularly proud of winning the award for ‘Best Small Healthcare Advice Firm’ as it reflects our success in achieving better support for SMEs and start-ups in an industry mainly dominated by bigger businesses.
‘Adviser of the Year’ is arguably the most coveted award as it’s given to the broker which has stood out across all the categories. To win that is a huge achievement, especially considering we only launched in 2019.
Reward for a new approach to employee benefits
Hooray Health & Protection was launched by Charlie Cousins after he witnessed how small businesses and start-ups were being underserved and treated as a low priority in comparison to larger businesses.
Over the last few years, we’ve put in a huge amount of work to make the health and protection market as accessible as possible for small businesses and start-ups, ensuring they receive the best possible support. For too long, the industry has gravitated towards bigger companies with bigger budgets – leaving smaller businesses wanting. We’re happy to be changing all of that.
Of course, none of this would have been possible without businesses putting their trust in us in the first instance. So, we’re hugely grateful to all those businesses who opted for a fresh-faced broker like Hooray.
