Hooray strikes twice at the UK Health & Protection Awards 2023!

The Hooray team once again made their way up to the Hilton Park Lane in London to celebrate the very best work in the health and protection industry.

This year’s ceremony was hosted by the award-winning comedian, Russell Kane, who took us through a night of wining and dining, connecting with friends (and rivals!), and sharing achievements in the health and protection industry.

And to top it all, the Hooray team came away with two awards!

Hip hip Hooray!

Hooray won Best Sales and Retention Advice Team and Best Small Health Insurance Advice Firm at the UK Health & Protection Awards 2023.

Our Director and Founder, Charlie Cousins, explained why these wins meant so much to the Hooray team:

“Winning these two awards is a huge achievement for a small Brighton-based business competing against large multi-national companies with thousands of staff

“I’m really proud of the team for all the hard work they’ve put in. We were singled out for our ‘out of the box’ thinking which has helped drive better value for our clients.

Near misses!

Two members of our team narrowly missed out on individual awards. Stuart Box was nominated for Best Health Insurance Adviser, and Esme Pearson for Outstanding Newcomer Award.

We’re incredibly proud of Esme and Stuart for the hard work which saw them nominated. Esme has quickly expand her knowledge putting in extra time to pick up industry qualifications, while Stuart is an ever-dependable source of knowledge for businesses seeking health insurance.

Engage Health Group also win

Our partner broker, Engage Health Group, won Best International Group Advice Firm. More and more companies, big and small, are employing people from around the world and requiring advice on how to provide employee benefits policies to them. This award shows that Engage are industry leaders in this complex area and we’re incredibly happy that they’ve been recognised with this well-earned accolade.

What next?
