What are your main responsibilities?
Looking after existing clients’ renewals, helping with queries, and supporting businesses with the right employee benefits solution. I also focus on helping clients get more value from our services and spotting opportunities to support their growth through tailored benefits.
How do you help clients?
I help by answering queries, resolving any issues with their schemes, supporting renewals, and making sure they have the right employee benefits package for their company and employees.

Private Medical Insurance – it’s something I always look for from an employer!
Any hobbies?
Socialising with friends and family, working out, walking, and listening to music.
Favourite band/artist?
This is a hard one as I like so much music – but I ‘d probably say Jeff Buckley – especially as I name my child after his album Grace!
Any guilty pleasures music wise?
I’d happily go from Jeff Buckley, Nick Cave or Radiohead to cheesy 80’s or 90’s music.
