• For each, any and all of the above pathways, through its mobile app and with its best in class in-house clinical team, Fertifa provides (a) education and awareness materials, (b) unlimited 1-2-1 human-led clinical support, wellbeing advice and navigation including referrals, (c) access to testing and diagnostics and (d) financial plans to support with the costs of reproductive, hormonal and sexual health, as well as neurodiversity. As further detail:
  • (a) Education and awareness materials includes whitepapers, articles, guides and videos, as well as live monthly webinars with Fertifa’s in-house clinical team hosting anonymous patient [employee] Q&As
  • (b) Unlimited 1-2-1 clinical support, wellbeing advice and navigation including referrals to specialist providers, private clinics and treatment cycles, starting with 30 min video calls with one of Fertifa’s qualified nurses or doctors, thereafter unlimited through in-app chat or email with the same dedicated patient advisor, ensuring continuity of care and advice
  • (c) The same clinical advisor can then also provide patient [employee] access to at-home testing kits, diagnostics and health assessments with Fertifa’s in-house clinical team 
  • (d) For financial support and wellbeing relating to these pathways, Fertifa has processed more than £8m worth of reimbursements for our clients over the last few years – and also pulled out more than £1m worth of ineligible claims, thereby performing a crucial compliance and QA function giving employers peace mind. For companies not in a position to fund/reimburse their employees’ treatment costs, Fertifa also offers a Payment Plan enabling qualifying employees to spread their payments over 12 months, with no interest or fees and no upfront payment required
