Job Title:
International Senior Manager – Global Benefits
Main Responsibilities:
Helping to grow the company internationally by developing strong partnerships, exploring new opportunities, and making sure our products/solutions reach the right markets. No two days are ever the same, which keeps things exciting!
Why did you join?
Having known Ian and Penny for years, it felt like a great opportunity to be part of a team that’s passionate, innovative, and always looking ahead. It’s a company that values relationships, and that was a big draw.
What qualities/experience do you bring to your role?
A mix of international sales experience, a strategic approach, and a genuine enthusiasm for building great relationships. Being able to spot opportunities, navigate different markets, and work with a brilliant team makes the job even more rewarding.
What do you like most about the company?
It’s a combination of the people and the culture. There’s a real team spirit, and everyone is pushing towards the same goal. It’s fast-paced but supportive, and that balance makes it a great place to be.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Seeing the company expand into new markets and knowing that the work we’re doing is making a real difference. It’s always satisfying when a deal comes together or when a new opportunity takes off.

Definitely the people. Being surrounded by a team that’s driven, supportive, and always up for a challenge makes all the difference. There’s a great energy in the company.
Any hobbies?
Hiking is a big one! Recently, I took on parts of the GR10 and GR11 trails in the Pyrenees. There’s something amazing about getting off the beaten track, exploring new places, and pushing yourself a little further.
Favourite band/artist?
Bon Jovi’s ‘80s hits never get old. There’s something about those classic rock anthems that always lifts the mood.
Any guilty pleasures music-wise?
A bit of cheesy ‘80s pop is hard to beat—sometimes you just need those feel-good tunes!
Favourite film?
It has to be The Shawshank Redemption—such a brilliant story. More recently, The Capture has been a standout series, full of twists and turns.
