Main responsibilities:

As a Partnerships Manager, my job is to cultivate and strengthen strategic relationships to drive mutual value. This requires identifying opportunities, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment between partners and our organisation. The goal is to create sustainable partnerships that enhance business growth, customer experience, and market positioning.

Why did you join?

When this opportunity came up, I was really excited about the prospect of joining such a dynamic, fast-growing company committed to putting its customers first. The fact that it’s based in my sunny hometown of Brighton was just the icing on the cake!

What do you like most about the company?

It sounds like a cliché, but it’s got to be the people, everyone here is so friendly and supportive it makes it a genuine pleasure to come into the office. Plus, the office dogs are gorgeous and the best therapy for any stressful workday ever!

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

I’m pretty new to the role, but my goal is to deliver real value by elevating our profile, showcasing our incredible services, and building strong, strategic partnerships with like-minded organisations – if I can crack that I’ll be very happy!

What’s your favourite workplace perk?

The company (of course) have a fantastic selection of employee benefits, which really makes you feel valued and appreciated.

Any hobbies?

I love anything arty, keeping fit and the great outdoors – when I’m child-free I’m a regular attendee at our local beach sauna, and sometimes even brave a cold dip in the sea.

Favourite band/artist?

It’s hard to say as I really do have a very eclectic taste in music, however, if I’m going Out, Out I’m a BIG D&B fan, so I’d say Shy FX is my favourite artist – day raves for me these days.

Any guilty pleasures music-wise?

Barbie Girl by Aqua – showing my age.
