Main responsibilities:
Supporting clients with building the right benefits package, to reward their staff and attract the best talent.
Why did you join?
After several years working corporate roles for insurance providers, I was keen to get back to supporting clients directly with a whole of market consultancy.
What do you like most about the company?
I like how modern Hooray is! Our brand is very strong in today’s market and allows us to reach companies who traditionally wouldn’t consider providing a benefits package.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Getting to meet new people from around the UK, mainly via Zoom/Teams these days but always fun getting to know clients and helping them understand the different benefit options available.
What’s your favourite workplace perk?
It’s nice not having to conform to a corporate dress code! I’ve also been recently using our health cash plan for cheap gym classes and covering the cost of a recent eye test and contact lens order.
Any hobbies?
I play 6-a-side football a couple of times a week and am an avid follower of West Ham United (for my sins!). I also like yoga, cooking, and spending time with my two daughters.

80’s new romantic.
