Main responsibilities:

Looking after the client services team and making sure they have everything they need to manage our clients’ renewals and administration, and provide a great all-round service.

Why did you join?

I have known Nick & Ian for many years, and when they offered me the opportunity to join, it was an easy decision.

What do you like most about the company?

The people. We have a great group and I always look forward to coming to work.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

When our clients renew with us! I see this as a mark of the trust they have in us and the service we provide.

What’s your favourite workplace perk?

Mine is genuinely the Beer Fridge! But I like that we get the same perks we advise our clients to have!

Golf, reading, films/TV, and on odd occasions the gym!
