Main responsibilities:
As a Client Support Manager, I support the UK sales & account management team with admin, and maintaining relationships with both providers and clients, to ensure we deliver 10 out of 10 customer service!
Why did you join?
Having taken a break from the insurance world, I decided it was time to jump back in and see where I could improve on my past skills and expertise. Having had previous experience under my belt working with Charlie and the Hooray team, the whole company really stood out to me as a place I wanted to be a part of. It’s an organisation I could see myself being proud of!
What qualities do you bring to your role?
I already have an understanding of the health and insurance industry, including how the client-provider-broker relationship operates and how to obtain the best solutions for customers.
What do you like most about the company?
The people! The team at Hooray is made up of a fantastic bunch of people who are beyond welcoming and supportive as I have entered the mix.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Knowing that what we do will help, not only the businesses we work with, but also thousands of employees and their families across the UK. The products we help to provide clients have such a big impact on the daily lives of so many people, and that’s a pretty great feeling!
What’s your favourite workplace perk?
The dogs padding about the office and, of course, the beer fridge on a Friday.

The perfect trio-combo – music, food, and travelling!
