Job Title:

Main Responsibilities:

Providing customer care and support to clients and insured members on an international level.

Why did you join?

I was looking for a change and was eager to explore the insurance industry from a different perspective. I wanted to grow both personally and professionally while broadening my horizons. This opportunity allowed me to do exactly that.

What do you like most about the company?

The people, the culture, the atmosphere, and the professionalism. I truly appreciate how calm and supportive my colleagues are, everyone is always willing to help when challenges arise. As a remote employee, having strong support is essential, and I’m grateful to be part of a company that values and ensures that.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Being able to assist the insured members and clients by resolving their inquiries and issues as quickly as possible. Knowing that I’ve genuinely helped someone gives me a sense of fulfillment, usefulness, and success in my role.

What’s your favorite workplace perk?

The flexibility, trust, and autonomy in this role truly stand out to me.

Any hobbies?

I enjoy taking long walks around my town, either alone or with my best friend. It allows me to clear my mind, relax, and stay refreshed.

Favorite band/artist?

It depends on my mood. My music taste ranges from ’80s rock ballads & ’90s hip-hop & RnB to timeless Macedonian classics, as well as quality house music. I enjoy all kinds of good music.

Any guilty pleasures music-wise?

I have to admit, Ex-Yu music. Those who know, know!

Favorite film?

Prisoners, The Hannibal Series, Gone Girl, Old Boy (both the Korean and Hollywood versions), and essentially, any psychological thriller that keeps me on the edge of my seat.
