Implementation and ongoing administration of group policies. Also including retention and renewals.

Why did you join?

I’d worked with Ian in the past and he was nice enough to give me a chance here after I wrote to the company during the pandemic with my CV “in case they ever needed people in the future.”

What do you like most about the company?

That it’s so flexible and everyone’s allowed to get on with things in their own work-style.

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

Going to the insurance awards and doing so well when we’re still such a young company – was a pretty good feeling!

What’s you favourite workplace perk?

The newly installed beer fridge.

Any hobbies?

Making things e.g., sewing, collaging, painting, drawing, upcycling – you name it!

Favourite band/artist?

At the moment, Nirvana.

Trashy euro-pop
