What are your main responsibilities?

I lead the growth of our international employee benefits division, overseeing a team delivering healthcare solutions for global workforces. Our focus is on building partnerships, driving new opportunities, and ensuring high-quality delivery across all international programmes.

How do you help clients?

I help clients simplify what is often a complex area in employee benefits. Whether they’re expanding into new markets or managing a global workforce, I work with them to design practical, cost-effective healthcare solutions that work for employees, wherever they are in the world.

Why did you join? 

I’ve followed the growth of the business over the past 10 years and have always been impressed by what Engage Health Group have achieved during turbulent times for international health insurance.

What I like most is the collaborative environment — there’s a strong team culture, but also the freedom to build, improve, and make things happen.

What’s your favourite workplace perk?

Decent coffee, good music, and a very important unofficial team member — the office dog.

Travel, gym, and Formula 1 (usually involving shouting at the TV on a Sunday).
