About Us:
At Full Plate Collective, our mission is to create workplaces where neurodiverse talent doesn’t just exist – they excel without burning out trying to fit neurotypical expectations. I help your employees transform their performance by designing inclusive systems that work with their neurotype, not against it.
I’m Lucy, a neurodiversity coach, and I know that supporting neurodiverse employees isn’t just the right thing to do – it’s smart business. As a late-diagnosed ADHD and autistic person who’s built businesses while managing a beautifully chaotic mind, I understand both sides: the unique challenges your neurodiverse employees face and the barriers preventing them from doing their best work.
My journey through sales, hospitality, mentoring, and supporting small businesses taught me something crucial: when neurodiverse employees have the right support, they don’t just meet expectations – they exceed them. But without proper understanding, you risk losing talented people to exhaustion, masking, and workplace stress that could be easily prevented.
That’s why I created Full Plate Collective. Because your neurodiverse employees deserve more than survival strategies – and your business deserves their best work. Whether supporting entry-level employees or executives navigating leadership challenges, I work with neurodiverse individuals at every level.
Here’s what your employees will gain:
Productivity systems that actually work – reducing missed deadlines and overwhelm
Energy management strategies – preventing burnout and sick days
Confident self-advocacy skills – improving team communication
Sustainable work approaches – increasing retention and job satisfaction
Career development support – maximising their contribution
This isn’t just coaching – it’s a strategic investment in retention, performance, and workplace culture. I also help employees explore accommodations – such as Access to Work applications and workplace adjustments – while delivering measurable improvements in employee wellbeing and productivity.
Our approach combines practical workplace strategies with deep understanding of neurodiverse experiences, creating sustainable success that benefits both your employees and your bottom line.
