Supporting businesses to implement, manage or review tailored benefits for their people.

The opportunity to help businesses expand the value they offer their employees through access to market leading health and wellbeing initiatives.

What do you like most about the company?

Their focus on full service for the SME market, making the difference in enabling businesses to support their people with what matters most. I used to think that employee benefits, and health insurance specifically, were for corporates, so I’m looking forward to expanding that access to more smaller companies.
