Zest is a cloud-based SaaS platform that lets you configure, manage, and communicate your employee benefits scheme in a fast, flexible, and brandable way. It integrates with your existing benefits and wellbeing support, as well as your HR and payroll systems. It also provides award-winning employee benefit technology for corporate clients and their employees in the UK and globally.

Zest is a modular solution and our clients are free to select the modules that best fit their requirements:

• The Benefit module – full benefit management and communications allied to automated data flow from HRIS and out to payroll and benefit providers. Intuitive device-responsive employee UX (including app) with one-click access to everything from the employee’s personal landing page, including access to a unique, dynamic data-driven Total Reward Statement that is loved by our clients and their people.

• The Engagement module – create your own content and email campaigns via the WYSIWYG content manager. You can slice and dice your data to target the exact people you wish to contact, making the engagement experience a truly personal employee benefit journey.

• The Insight module – interrogate your people data. You can measure employee engagement with the portal, see what benefits they buy and how much they and you are spending. You can then further slice and dice this data by age, sex, salary, and location (or any combination). This tool is central to helping our clients develop their benefit strategy.

• The Claims/Allowance module – allows your people to claim from a dedicated allowance in the platform. Used in the UK for wellbeing allowance management, where employees can spend outside of Zest, upload a receipt, and be reimbursed via payroll. All managed via Zest with workflow and audit.

• Pension Auto Enrolment module – for clients wanting to manage assessments and communication of pension auto enrolment.

• Zest Launch – our bespoke communications service delivered by our design and content team. It brings your brand to life, engaging your people and driving excitement around your benefits.

• Zest marketplace – access to a curated group of employee benefit providers available to clients to add to their benefit programme at any time.
