Main responsibilities:
I support the International Sales & Account Management Teams by handling incoming queries, writing up reports, sending out quote requests and keeping all our systems and files up-to-date..
Why did you join?
I was looking to move away from looking after policy holders directly and working more within the set up of employee benefits.
What qualities/experience do you bring to your role?
I’ve been working in customer focused roles for 5+ years. Several of the roles have been in travel insurance, healthcare/non-profits and virtual healthcare services.
What do you like most about the company?
The care for employees wellbeing, and having a genuinely supportive environment where anyone can learn the ropes.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Being able to solve tricky queries and help other people with their workload.
What’s your favourite workplace perk?
Drinks fridge! (Really original answer I know)
Any hobbies?
I read a LOT of books. I currently do an English Literature degree part time outside of work. I also crochet, cook and write. I also love photography and art, but that’s a once in a blue moon hobby now.

I don’t think I could choose one – Lorde, Pixies and Paramore
Any guilty pleasures music wise?
Musicals, Specifically Hamilton (Seriously I know the words to about 99% of the entire 2.5 hour long show).
